Is It Normal?
What do you think?
Hair Plucker
As a nervous habit, I tend to pull hair out of my face. I can't stand the stubble and find myself painfully yanking the hairs out, and this goes on all day.

Whenever you think about doing your habit, replace the thought of something else that will occupy your mind.

Hair pulling
There's actually a condition called trichotillomania thatinvolves compulsive hair pulling. You might want to check with your doc.

name...
Just because someone gave it a name doesn't mean it's a "condition" any more than someone else's habit.

It's not normal
Nothing is normal, I pull hair out of my head, so I'm probably "less normal" than you are.

Huh
You're probably just young and subconsciously you miss having a smooth face. I used to feel that way too when the facial hair first started coming in. Trust me, when you get a little older, you'll appreciate having the option of growing out stubble. It adds character.
Try a Mach 3 razor...maybe that'll save you some pain
