BE TOUGH
babies do srange things to people im 16 and when my mom was pregnant she hated the cat! it not real its only temperary KEEP ON TRUCKIN'
armchair psychology
I would attribute that to hormones, which make me go wacko even when i'm just menstruating.
but another theory is that you have a revulsion because of some sort of deep-seated resentment, maybe for his having made you suffer so much in pregnancy, give up your independence for a baby, etc. Not that you dont love him... just these are things that are completely normal but which you just need to work through maybe. I definitely agree with the last person in thinking that it's not detrimental and that you should "keep on trucking"

PAIN
Just the thought of him is repulsive, only natural. Because he is the cause of all your pain and ruined body, and your blown out body knows this. Just relax, it will pass. It did for me. Make him sleep on the couch. Ha!!

Does he stink?
When I was pregnant I had horrible reactions to certain smells.
People have strange reactions when they're pregnant. My mom couldn't stop eating seafood and cried while reading Dr. Suess books. Your hormones will settle in time; just make sure your man knows that you're not sick of him! :)

WTF? That is the dumbest comment, ever. Eh, she opened her legs, ya know. I'm sure he didn't force her to get pregnant. Two words: personal responsibility. If she didn't want to get pregnant, she should have been taking her damned pills, the lazy bumette.
