Ok, my freinds cousin is hot and i like her...she say she is tired of being alone and that she is goiin to get with some1 ( she is more like a sl*t and have a bad rep)...i was thinking of asking her out but there is this other gurl i just met nad i have a huge crush on her and was thinking of being good freinds and asking her out....who should i ask out???

Clearly u shouldent ask out anyone... I WOULD be the best friend of both of them... whomever is interested WILL stand up... may take longer then asking out... but beeing a guy its easy to make the wrong decision...

Wanting to be with "some1" aka "anyone" is not a good sign. nothing wrong with being friends or dating but dont get serious. I would stay away from sex with her, not only because of the probable STD's you will get, but because you might have a full scale psycho on your hands after who will stalk you or pull you into their craziness, get pregnant on purpose ect..
Best to take it slow with the other girl. Be friends or date her, can't do both.
