A 'dark horse' is a humourous way of telling you that your a ladies man or charmer, basically!

You gotta make your mind up Oco. Last week you were 31, this week 51!

"A dark horse", some one with hidden tallents. The word dark reffers to hidden, horse is colocally used as a nice term in this saying. As in horses work hard and are helpful.
Some one who is deep and has latent abilities that are not always apparent at first sight.
