This post is very short obviously and I have a few questions. Are you concerned about how old your BF is? Like, is the age difference affecting your relationship in some sort?

Well, I don't know. I mean for you to have a 17 year old boyfriend is a bit too old in my books. But hey, some 14 year olds are much more mature for their age. I don't know how you act in real life so I don't know if you're mature about it, but if you are, then I say it's alright.

Besides that, many people will probably think that it is too old and they might even think that its a bit weird. There are people in my school who have BF/GF's with quite an age difference like a senior dating a freshmen, things liek that. But I wouldn't worry what they think. You should be concerned about you and things going on between you and your BF.

Well pumpkin, let me tell you something. To consider other peoples oppinions and attitudes is not a bad thing in itself. It is what builds respect and without respect you don't have much. As for worrying about what they think, THAT is not good. Worry makes you ill, gives you ulcers and gray hair so don't you be doing too much of that.
However, you should certainly consider the comment made by flikr because there are those out there who will indeed consider your boyfriend to be a paedophile if you copulate once he is 18.
I think as long as you keep your relationship non sexual with him you will do fine and I wish you both all the best.
