Is It Normal?
What do you think?
When ever I find a dead bird I bury it..
When ever I find a body of a dead bird I always feel bad about it and feel a bit depressed. Then no matter what I am doing at that time I go out of my way to dig a hole and bury it.

Is it normal? After such a activity I end up feeling sad for the entire day over that bird.

die your hair blue and drink alcohol
Thats really sweet of you. It shows you have respect for other living things. Try not to let it affect you so much- its dead, not by your hand, and nothing changes that if you are sad. Might as well feel happy that you gave it a free proper burial :)
I seldom bury the dead birds that I encounter, but I do try to place them in a peaceful location away from foot traffic, usually next to some shrubs.

Since I'm the sort of person who doesn't even kill "scary" spiders or ants I find in my home, I have an incredibly soft spot for most living things. I think what you're doing just shows that you have a kind heart and some respect for the life of a tiny creature who was on this planet for just a short time. Let your mourning be tempered by the knowledge that you've performed a perfect final act with this burial.
hmmm, well i stepped on a fucking mouse on the way home from school 2day, and it died ffs! it was a damn accident, it just ran out and i stepped on it! talk about bad timing lol

and no, i dont feel sad, dam piece of fluff should've thought b4 it did a runner
That's good because those fuckers can stink when they are rotting.
Well, that was incredibly bad timing on the mouse's part. I admire your sense of balance about the whole thing. If that had happened to me, I would have turned into a complete mass of jelly and cried my eyes out all day.

It DOES help to be somewhat practical about these things, knowing there is no way you can completely avoid those occasions when you and nature collide -- and nature comes out on the losing end.
Ur just emotional
