Several things come to mind. You could have a slight kidney infection. You could have an STD. They can be passed on even with the use of a condom. Work out how yourself! A condom is only 98% safe hence they now say safer sex rather than what it used to be safe sex. Lastly, you could be one of the 2% of people who are allergic to the particular kind of condoms being used. Find out what they are made of and speak to your family planning or GUM clinic and ask them to provide you with the other type.

In any event, if it persists, I would strongly urge you to go to your local GUM clinic and see a specialist there. It is normally free and they are totally aware of all the possibilities and also very careing and understanding. The sooner you go, the better because most STD's cause no long lasting damage if caught early enough.

Im thinking you can have an STD or a kidney infection. you MAY also be really dry so perhaps useing a lubricant.
if your having sex and its to dry:
This causes Disconfort, itch, and burning.
thats where a lube comes in handy.
it that dosnt work and you still have pain then id consult a doctor.
