I'd say that it's not the norm for a guy to do anything anal. It's not a strictly gay thing either, but probably more of something taboo. Are you getting off because you think it's wrong and it's very seductive to "break the law" so to speak or is it more from the sensations? And yes, it's true there is a sensitive area that can be reached through the rectum and stimulating the prostate gland. I think the prostate is vital to the ejaculatory response so it may simulate the feeling that you're just about to cum. Anyways, if it's more because it's a taboo thing to do, then don't let things go too far or you could be in for an embarrassing story about getting something stuck in your ass and not being able to get it back out.
