confused at the track
Okay, here is the story. I was at the race track a couple of months ago and I saw a really cute guy. I liked him and after catching him in the act of glancing at me (he did that pretty often) I knew he liked me too. One night he asked my uncle for my phone# (we're both extremely shy and we communicated through my uncle that night). I was ecstatic! But, when asked for his phone#, he said that maybe he shouldn't do that because he was already dating two different people! I was very disappointed and I went home feeling like crap. That was seven weeks ago. During those seven weeks, I didn't see him. I just saw him tonight and it seemed that everywhere I went, he showed up there too. I caught him glancing at me a few times too. Does it seem like he still likes me?

I don't think you have a lot to go on here. You don't give your ages, but this sounds like a young man who enjoys looking but is not into buying just now. As it sounds like he may find you attractive, if he does ask you out, you'll just have to ask yourself if you're interested in dating someone who is probably not ready to settle down.
