must know what you are signing up to
i think a prerequisite for anyone being allowed to sign up for any army, a very basic understanding of what one is signing up to must be mandatory.for instance,
all Americans wanting to sign up to the military must pass a test showing a basic understanding of what the us military is about.

also,
forcing young Americans to pledge allegiance to the flag a thousands of times while children should not be allowed.
The very law itself of that very country specifically states that they are not able to sign any contracts.

But most squaddies I know Leave the Army after some time cause they are treated like crap.
