Well people find ways of diverting their anger. I suggest you try to divert your anger to something more productive. Maybe expressing your anger with art - painting helps to chill me.
I'd suggest vigorous physical exercise as an alternative. Your present solution involves possible injury to yourself and your walls. Either one of these injuries would just increase your stress, which hardly solves your problem.
yea i take a walk when i get mad,when you punch walls especially in front of people it shows your maturity level,or lack thereof,so i suggest you stop.
I personally would recommend doing something agressive, punching bag, shooting something(preferably not something living). when you do something like art you don't get the anger out and then it builds up.
i get mad, A LOT. try playing an FPS game (first person shooter, online helps a lot cuz you can in-your-face the loosing team etc) if youre not in to that stuff go out and do some sorta sport,
