don't panic..i'm 31 and i only got my license when i was 29..you might not yet be ready..have a wank and forget about it.

i was out of college before I had drivers license.starting to drive at 16 is like sex at 16---thee is no good reason to do either of them that early.

My sister is 18(Lara@1988)and doesn't have it either. My brother doesn't either (thank god).These people above are right. Do it when it eels right. Kind of like sex. By they way did my brother post anything more stupid on my account lately?

Unless you live in like new york city you are crazy for not getting a license when you turn 16. I use to know a few guys who were over 18 and didnt have one but they were complete low lifes who really were not very smart at all so everyone made fun of them, One got his and was so excited he volunteered to drive every where and the other guy is still a low life idiot with no future. I'm 19 going on 20 and I don't have one either. I plan on taking lessons from a driving school, family members teaching you how 2 drive can make you even more nervous. I see a lot of teens on the road that think they know how 2 drive, I think they bought their license. Their the cause of most accidents because of reckless driving because their young and stupid. Your not alone.

dont feel too bad, i know how you feel though. i didnt get my license till i was a little over 17, but thats cuz i have a seizure disorder and had to take an assload of medicine and keep checking and recking to make sure i had the right kind and dose, and keep getting CAT scans and MRI's and things to make sure i didn't have any active seizures. i did't thank god...but 5 years later i did have a peti-mal and ramed into a huge truck and totaled my moms car on my way to class...SUCK...that was the only one i have had since...flashy lights suck..and lilacs

DUDE go get your damn license its not that big of a deal there is no excuse for you not to have them yet.

OK stargirl I know you think its fine if no one ever drives again just because its their choice. Getting them is like walking through a new door of independence which will help you become an adult. Can you really say its fine to be 18 and still having your parents drive you around? No its sad that they didnt push you to achieve, I dont care what you say you cannot make it sound fine to not have a god damn drivers liecense.

I'm going to get my license. I never said I wasn't. No their isn't any excuse. A license is only a legal way of saying you can operate a motor vehicle not that your a fucking professional driver. Driving should be taken serious and can be dangerous.

My friend was 17 when he got his "license" bragging about how he could drive, and a few days later bagged into a "Parked Car". Driving is about skills, maturity, and becoming better with experience. I see a lot of your comments and your an ignorant little bastard. Later, Dumb Ass.

my mom is a piece of shit, she never let me get a license, then when i turned 18 i didn't have a car to take the test, now i'm 19 still no license

i know that's why i said at 18 i didn't have a car to take the test with you have to have to have your own to use

i recently got a friend that will let me use his car so i have a test scheduled a month from now

and i already possess a motorcycle license

hopefully soon i will get my car license

I didn't get my licencse untill I was 18. Just go out and practice driving and go take the test. The test is actually pretty easy and not that big of a deal. You will feel much better if you do and you will have a lot more freedom to go places. And nevermind the mean assholes who posted to you.

Me too! My mom was too poor to get a car during my late teen years so I didn't get to learn :(

I'm 21 and still don't have my license... my mom's old car died when I was about 15 and she couldn't afford to get another one so I didn't get to learn. When I was 20 I got my permit and my mom said she would get a car but she never did. So now my permit is expired and I didn't get that much practice until recently when I got with a girl with her own car. So here I am at 21 with an expired permit... I have to go to the DMV to get it renewed. Havn't even taken the driving test yet. My girl had her license since she was 17.
