Tough situation...

So im going to make up some names. There is Jeff. Beth and Tina.. I am really good friends with Beth and Tina. Me and Jeff grew up together.. We're upperclassmen in high school. Beth had a relationship with Jeff a few years ago and still has some feelings for him or did. Tina knows this. Recently Tina has been hanging out with Jeff alot.. Beth told Tina this bothers her.. Tina won't take in to consideration to what beth said. She thinks its a joke.. I care about Beth and i think Jeff is a douche so it bothers me when Tina hangs out with him.. I live by jeff so when i see Tina's car there it pisses me off.. I've told tina this but she isn't gettin it. I'm afrid tina is going to lose friends because of this... But she still hangs out with him and waits for him in the hallways and is always huging him, so who knows what there doing when she is alone at his house... she says she doesnt like him but i think she might and i know for sure he likes her... How should this situation be handled? please help...
