I am 15 years old. I'm pretty developed for my age so of course I get all of the indecent comments. One day I was at my mother's friends house. The womans name is Shaye. Shaye had her male friend, who is 23 over too. The man made a comment saying how pretty I was and that he'd like to meet somewhere. My cousin was over at the house with me and she got his number to text him. (He thought she was getting it for me.) She texted him about me and then he replyed, 'is she over 18?' of course I'm not... I had already told him that. She of course said no, and he still said well tell her to come over to my house tomorrow(he lives down the street), so we can talk. He's freaking me out, he's everywhere I go, seriously. I'll be at a football game and he'll just be there talking to my friends, or at the park with my little sister and again he's there. He makes these suggestive comments all the time, and asks weird questions like, so have you ever had sex with your bf? Or like how far have you been with a guy...
I know this has turned into a problem, but I am unsure of what to do or if he's even technically doing anything wrong...
Is it normal for a 23 year old man to practically stalk and make sexual passes to a 15 year old teen?
I would sugest initially speaking to you parents about it. If you are not satisfied with the results of that, talk to welfare at your school or a female teacher. Another option would be to talk to a female police officer who would most certainly be able to tell you EXACTLY what he could be charged with and possibly set up a sting to trap him. Plenty of options there for you.
I would be interested to know the outcome so please, keep us posted.
This guy needs to get the "back off" message from someone his own age or older. It would probably be tough to share this information with your parents, but you'd better share it with SOME responsible adult before this guy works up the nerve to put a move on you. He knows damned well what he's doing is wrong; now he needs to hear it from somebody else who really means business.
It could turn into something.
Tell you parents ASAP.
