k...well about three weeks ago i meet this guy and i really really like him but he went out of town and we kick it wit his friend and hiz friend iz going out wit my friend newayz we were alone and he kissed me and i didn't stop him then we f****ed and we said we wasn't going to tell them and we haven't and the problem iz dat everytime he sees me he wantz to mess around we haven't ne more but how do i go back to how we was before witout having to tell ethier of them?

The simple truth is, you don't. You have two choices. Be honest with them and hope they accept what happened and pick up where you were before or don't tell them and feel guilty. Either way, you have progressed. It is called experience and that is why older people are more able to help. Simply because they have more experience in life basically. Doesn't always work that way for sure, but in the main it does.
