Thanks, JanIAm. I do need to learn to respect myself and take care of my own needs. The problem is rooted in my childhood. I think I am getting better about this problem, though. I've cut back on my drinking and alcohol use which nearly always factored into my unwanted sexual encounters.

Obviously I do say "no" -- most of the time. I did get hit on three times last night (forgot to add one), but only went for one because she was attractive.
