The kind of woman who wants to appeal to pedophiliac types, I'm guessing. On the other hand, it's a highly sensitive area and if there really is "too much meat", perhaps there's a problem of chafing, infection, or discomfort.

But there's a plastic surgeon for every weird desire. There was an elderly man recently who apparently had a fetish for amputees. He found a surgeon who was willing to remove his HEALTHY leg so he could experience the sexual thrill of being an amputee. Unfortunately, the surgery was botched and the old perv developed gangrene, which killed him. Incredible.
