well you have stated in you story that you are drinking too much at night. have you tried going to the toilet before bed? try doing something that makes you use up water.

but the simplest answer would be to cut back on the liquids at night and drink more during the day if you have to.
Yeah beack in junior high i used to ware this big ass dipers that i think were for senior ppl. and it was embreraseing... it still is. sometimes my smaller brother looks at me when i flip over the matress and laughs a bit. but yeah il cut back water. the thing is i cant feel the need to go to the bathroom when im aleep. i go to bed and im out. and i aint even tierd at times.
cut out the soft drinks.soft drinks have compounds which irratate the bladder and kidneys so you pee more and then get thirsty and end up drinking even more soft drinks.
Step one: go to the doctor and get checked out to make sure your waterworks are in working order.
Step two: admit that this is a problem and get the new nasal spray drug that helps teens with this problem
In addition to some of the good advice above regarding avoidance of soft drinks and cutting down on fluid intake at night, you might consider seeing a doctor or urologist for a more professional opinion. Bed wetting can also be the byproduct of a sleep disorder. These people sleep so soundly that they are not awakened by the signals the brain sends to warn them that their bladders need to be emptied.

There is more useful information in the link I've posted below. You're definitely not alone, and I hope you'll get some relief from this problem soon!
