I have to pee but...
I have to pee but I want to hold it in for a long time. How long can I hold it in for there to be damage to my kidneys? What happens to them anyway when you hold pee to long? I want that to happen to me because I want to get sick enough that I end up losing weight. I am 5'4 and weight 130 pounds and want to weigh 100 and eating properly and exercising works to lose weight but not the way I want it to work.
This is possibly the worst weight-loss method that I've ever heard. You may succeed in getting a urinary tract, urethral, or kidney infection by delaying urination, but I don't see how this would guarantee weight loss. I assume that you want to lose weight to improve your appearance -- how does being too ill to eat properly improve your appearance?
Time for a reality check here. Invoke a little common sense and try something that contributes to your overall health, not something that just compounds the overall problem.
I would sugest eating little snacks rather than meals with little snacks between the kittle snacks if you follow that. Keep your bowels and bladder working to optimum because they both clear your system of the poisons you put into it either intentionally or otherwise.
FACT:
The human bladder is designed to hold no more than 1 pint of liquid. So next time you say "I am bursting for a pee" you may well be closer to the truth than you realise!
