My shivering waterloo

My boyfriend is a little experimental and he's always wanting me to try new things. This week he asked me if he could put a popsicle in my waterloo and I didn't let him cause I was afraid I'd get frostbite or an infection or something. Has anyone tried this? Is it safe?
