Mindnumbing Headache

For the past week I been haveing this strange Dream of me ontop of a a tall building looking at the city when every thing else is in fast motion and I hear this rumbling sound. When I wake up I have this Spliting Headache.
What does this mean?

I agree with one of the comments that you seek medical treatment as soon as possible. It may be something easily explained and then again it may not be. A qualified health care professional can run tests if needed to determine what may or not be wrong. Testing can consist of a simple blood test to cat scans,it all depends on what she or he finds when you speak directly with the doctor. Even sinus difficulties could be the reason to have a headache. Write down any comments/questions you feel you need answers to and bring them with you to when you go to the doctors appointment.

I found that this site is pretty god for solving puzzles like this. If it just doesn't make sense, or keeps on happening, you should see a doctor or something.
