Unknown Tattoo

I just shaved my head bald because my hair got a little burned but when I did shaved it I found a Tattoo of The Eye of Horus on the back its been ten years since I shaved it and I never got any tattoos there. Any thoughts on how it got there? its about two inches in ruby red color ink. It feels solid.
Do you think it's normal?

Well I Never been to Egypt. Im not just seening things because others could see it. And I don't drink I also live alone. I went to the doctor today and he said it seems to be a shard of glass under the skin deep to the edge of my skull. Im going in for a CAT scan Friday.

It's not really a tattoo it feels more like a staple under the skin. And I don't think any of my friends would of done it without cutting me first.And i'm not going around saying it was Aliens.
