here's what you do
Make sure she is relaxed and that you have plenty of time. Put one finger in her and slowly move it side to side, or in little circles. Be patient, it might take some time, or even several times to gently stretch her enough for sex. After awhile, add another finger and do the same thing. With two fingers you can gently spread them to stretch her more. Her body will adjust but it might take some time. I agree with most of the people here, thats totally normal for a virgin or for someone who hasn't had sex in a really long time. Most pain in intercourse is caused by too little lubricant. And nervous girls do need to be warmed up over the course of sevreal minutes in a place and a manner that helps them feel secure so that they can slowly build their lust.
