It is caused by an intense climax which causes you to relax your bladder control muscles at the same time as you climax. An ex of mine used to have the same problem, still does for all I know. Your bladder doesn't have to be full and it is NEVER empty. My guess is that when you climax it is quite intense when you have this "problem". It is merely the muscles that control the flow of urine being relaxed because of the intensity of your climax. Not much that can be done about it.
