				It depends on your culture and bekiefs. A promise SHOULD be kept. However, one sometimes &quot;promisses&quot; not to tell anyone just to find out what the &quot;secret&quot; is.
A real man (or woman) should NEVER break a promise. A broken promise is a betrayal of trust and without trust there is nothing.				</description>
