VERY normal to feel sexually aroused enough to climax when you're not under pressure to "perform". I don't think this is so much about a foot fetish as it is about being nervous about making the first time special for both of you.

I hope you'll write back when you are able to work up to the big moment. The first time is something we all remember with fondness, regret, or a combination of both. I do hope it will go well for you.
