i only have a few friends

I am 17 year old senior in high school. I am currently single and don't know if me and this chick I have gone on one date with will ever get together. She keeps calling me, which is confusing. But anyway, I only have 2 friends that I actually hang out with a lot outside of school. Everyone else seems like they are just an acquaintance. Is my life normal?

yes, to anyone who has moved location. and if she likes you then she wont care about your friends.

and the few friends at school is also normal, most you will know from school but wont do anything together (or maybe thats just me)

Don't worry about friends from highschool...if you only make a handful of really close friends and still talk to them when you're old, like me, then you're doing fine
