Nasal problems
I have been suffering from nasal problems for around three years now. It started out with mild congestion. To counter this, I started using Sinex. I then used Sinex for around 3 months. During the later stages of my sinex addiction, I literally couldn't breath through my nose AT ALL. Gradually however, and very uncomfortably, I managed to wean off the stuff. I can't describe how hard it was to get through school not being to breath through my nose and being constantly told I had an awfully nasal voice.
Anuway, the sinus situation improved dramatically after stopping staing the sinex, but I still felt stuffed up. And so, I arranged to see an ENT privately earlier this year, and he had a look up my nose and determined my symptoms were due to enlarged adenoids. At a cost of £4500 (to my parents), I underwent the operation several weeks later.
However, the operation didn't seem to improve things, and as the weeks went on I found that my condition was deteroriating. Now, 6 months after the operation, I have frequent Post Nasal Drip, I usually blow my nose about 10 times of the day, and sneeze a few times. I alse find that I can usually only breathe out of one nostril, and that nostril alternates occasionally. When I am lying down to go to sleep, I find that if I am lying on my left side, my left nostril gets blocked, whereas if I lie on my right side, my right nostril gets blocked.
In trying to correct these problems, I booked an appointment with my GP, and he suggested that I have an allegy test. I was tested for 10 of the most common allergens, including dust and pollen, and they all turned out negative. I have also tried cutting out dairy, but that didn't work either.

I am now despairing. Going through the day constantly reaching for a tissue, sneezing, sniffing, and snorting phlegm is not a pleasant existence...

Is there any hope for me??

Did you try using a Vaporizer , you buy them And take a blanket like i use
to do , And let the vapor open up your
nasal passages ..Stay away from windows
when sleepin ...Do not go out with wet
hair in the winter time ..Drink lots of
orange juice And eat good !!
Read the directions If Symptoms persist see you doctor you snotty nosed little cunt
I hav pretty much all of the symptoms you say , except not for the same amount of time or frequency that you mention.
I've always found that those sprays never work for me. But luckily the serious symptoms only last for a few weeks with me. It could be that you'll grow out of it. Other than that, if an operation hasnt worked for you, then i wouldnt know wat else, there would have to be some kind of extreme medication out there.
snort up some crack......ass crack
Ok this worked for me but it takes dedication.i began walking 3 to 4 miles a day ,everyday, outside not on a treadmill just for exercise and in the years since Ive hardly had any sinus problems at all.and I used to have 3 or 4 sinus infections a year.

walking outside especially in the cold winter air will loosen up your sinuses and youll eventually breath better.the cold air will sut thru any mucous plugs you might have in your head and youll get crap out that has been in there forever.its gross but my forst winter of walking outside for an hour a day i got all kinds of crap out of my sinuses.plus exercixe boosts the immune system.

you might also try green tea and honey that is produced as close to where you live as possible===those 2 things are old home remedies for allergies.

sometimes we get involved with all the docs and fancy meds we forget the basics.
The one, the only THE GREAT DOCTOR SLACKASS HAS SPOKEN!!
You say you were tested for the 10 MOST COMMON allergens.

Perhaps you are allergic to something OUTSIDE of those 10 common allergens. There are so many more things you could be allergic to.

I started having minor sinus problems back in the early fall of 1990. I had this constant feeling of something stuck in my throat which turned out to be post nasal drip. I also had a short lived (knock on wood) left ear ringing, non-tinnitus related.

My GP and a specialist contributed it to allergies developed late in life.
Ejaculate in your nose.
