why are redneck hicks so dumb??? they don't have welfare checks anymore,food stamps are on something similar to a pre-paid visa card,but they can only spend it on FOOD ITEMS. Yea they can sell it to someone,I guess to buy crack,but I'm sure if people want crack,they'll just steal your car instead.
