Please Erase him from my memory

Ok this soooooo stupid and pathetic but whatever, women cannot control there emotions right?! Browsing through my friends new pictures and there is one of my ex (bloody love of my life that wanker) and he has a love bite right at the front of his neck (classy or what) but like I knew he can't last like 2 mins without someone, hes a needy prick and I'm bloody angry right now so excuse the language. If I'm not liek angry I will just fall apart so I choose anger! But like I really wanna be over him but I'm not, how do I get over him and do not tell me time for pete sake, I am not in contact with him anymore, hadda bloody move miles away to try get over him, so like now what?! Drop all my friends that are friends with him too?
