I dont think it's normal to start drinking coffee at the age of 3, but a cup of coffee to start the day is very normal. It's not exactly the healthiest way to start the day, since it's an artificial high, but it's normal nonetheless. Try working out in the morning. It'll feel much better than the caffeine high you normally get...
It sounds like you have a caffiene addiction. My mom has the same thing. She can go through practically twelve cans of Pepsi a day. It is normal and a lot of people have that problem.
There are some side affects to drinking coffee such as: stained teeth, bad breath, growth stunt, and probaly some others. Some kinds of coffee and sweetners, such as sweet n' low are made of bad stuff and are even proven to cause certain types of cancer. If you want to stay healthy, I advise you to kick the habit and only have coffee once in awhile.
Try doing something else to wake you up in the morning and start eating healthier.
