It's called teenagers snipe. Wouldn't worry about it and wouldn't let her get too close either. She has shown her true colors so take heed
Maybe she was doing it to see if you would pursue her, or maybe she had her eye on someone else and now shes back because she was rejected. Who knows. Girls will screw you over so bad just go with it.
I see this happening constantly with my daughter and her friends, which is the main reason I dislike MySpace so much. Kids get pissed off at one another for some reason, then before they've had time to reason out their anger and/or discuss it amongst themselves, they've posted a long, hate-filled bulletin for everyone in their group to see, and then feelings get REALLY raw and inflamed.

If your relationship is anything what I've seen amongst my daughter's friends, these little flare-ups tend to rise and fall, and often, they don't mean that much. However, MySpace activity tends to be a really divisive issue with many girls so if it continues to be a problem, I'd recommend you either don't use it or at least, you avoid visiting her site. For whatever it's worth, I do understand your feelings in this matter 100% and I don't understand or respect kids who turn on and off with each other via message boards. But times being what they are, you'll have to live with the fact that the internet is a major meeting place for a lot of your friends for posting and writing thoughts and feelings via IMs and e-mail. You'll have to make your own choice as to how it will fit into YOUR life.
