Age appearance

I don't know why but people always are saying I look like I'm 12.

Once, some lady at the store asked me if I was still in elementary school. I told her I am a biology major with a focus on bioinformatics, which is the truth. And whenever I fly, airline employees always don't believe me when I say I'm an adult until I show them proof.

I don't get it. I don't act like a kid. I don't dress like a kid. Is this normal for many women?

If you are in your late teens or even twenties it is still remotely normal. How is your figure and your complexion? do you menstruate? If you are hormonally normal I am sure you appearence will catch up eventually. You may end up being the middle aged woman who everyone envies for their young looks ;)

I'm in my twenties. I have an hourglass figure. My hormones are fine, but I did start puberty slightly early, when I was no older than 9. Could be my face, which is still pretty youthful, I guess.

What kills me is that I can be walking around in business attire with stocks in one hand and coffee in the other and it makes no difference.

It will eventually turn out to be a good thing as you age.

if you dont smoke you may look years younger than you really are your whole life.

and looking younger when you get 40 or whatever old is will be a good thing.No?

Dont complain ! It could always be worse, u could be in ur 20's and like like ur 40, so enjoy it while it lasts, cuz eventually ur age will catch up to u.
