Condoleezza Rice urging pressure on Iran to halt uranium enrichment Iranian and United Nations nuclear officials began a new round of talks after traces of weapons-grade uranium that were found at a university in Tehran, it was reported.
Meanwhile, in Washington, US secretary of state Condoleezza Rice said the US and European allies Britain, France and Germany would continue to press Russia and China on the need to boost pressure on Iran to halt its controversial uranium enrichment.
It was not clear from Monday's IRNA news agency report how or when the weapons-grade uranium contamination was discovered at the Technology Faculty of a state university.

What are your thoughts on this story being released just days after security services state there is no threat? Another Bush propaganda release to justify a possible engagement? A serious threat to stability and safety of the west?

My post because I am genuinely interested in how the general public view this.
i think the US should gtfo for a change and leave it to the one organisation which was made for exactly these situations- the UN.
I think US should stop stealing oil and money from Iraq, leave that area, and mind it's own business.
It would be if they had a "dirty" bomb and got it into the states!
