Crime will always be crime but If we had a government that were more harsh on criminals then the crime level would drop just look at china and really any of the communist countrys its possible. I think you are forgetting the hard working older black people, I know quite a few of them, and I do think you are missing the biggest picture of all. Most poor WHITE people are not hard workers, and most rich white people are lazy, and have minorities do all the hard work for them. I don't care what statistics you have to slam against that. I see it, and I know you see it, and I know black people commit alot of crime, but it's lack of education, and the prisons, that make them continue their reign of terror. Teenagers, and young adults are usually the main criminal offenders, so I believe there should be classes in highschools all across America that educate kids on crime, what it can do to victims,and their families, and what crime can potentially do to them. Law should be taught more in detail, and they should push more career information,and give each individual child more opportunity to set better goals for themselves. Something has to be done, people can't just keep sitting around, and talking about which race is more likely to be the majority in prison again next year. If we continue to lock people up, and not trying to educate them on how to function in society, the vicious cycle will persist for generations to come.
