whats the best way for me to lose weight?
the fattest parts on my body are my stomach and my legs. other than that im not really fat. but whats the best, healthiest, way for me to lose weight? im a vegetarian but i drink milk, and eat cheese, and sometimes i will eat unfertal eggs.
youll have to cut back calories or burn off more.its simple math really....you dont need any funky diets,like the protein thing which is hard on the kidneys,youll have to take in less calories than you are currently taking in to lose weight--pure simple math.start walking and eat all the fruits and vegs you want and lay off the processed foods.
Cut down/out cheese and milk. That will stop it going on again. Eat PROPER food, no snacks.
For exercise, lie on back flat out and then sit up without using hands, use stomache. Progress that to touching toes when you are comfy with it and do it regular. That'll take care of belly fat.
For leg fat, all you need to do is a bit of running on the spot. Start with 1 minute and build up to maybe 10 minutes., or simply go for a 1 mile jog if you are into that sort of thing. Keep doing it every day, even when you've lost the fat. Exercise is good for your heart. Just DON'T go hell for leather at it from day 1. Take your time and build up to what you can do on a regular basis.
