It isn't about censorship, it is about the stated age group for this site. get rid of these prats and we just might get back to the good old days! They shouldn't be here, end of story. There are sites designed for teens and there are sites designed for adults. I would be called a peadaphile if I used the teen sites so why should I have to put up with them on an ADULT site?

There are a lot of asinine posts by the youngsters, no doubt. But by far, I'd have to say the majority of the "offending stories" are posted by the very folks who object to having kids in their midst. I'm willing to bet, for instance, that much of the kiddie porn related stuff (the more articulate material, at any rate) is the product of adult minds. Ditto on the volumes of racial hatred material, gay baiting, fellow member insults, and so on.

I'd prefer the younger ones stay off the grounds simply because: (1) they're required to be 18, as it states in the agreement, and (2) I feel that much of the material discussed in here really isn't that suitable for teens, and PARTICULARLY preteens. But the site's creator obviously has determined that he doesn't want a very active role with IIN, so we are pretty much stuck with what we've got. We can bark at them as much as we like, but it's not very likely that they're going to go away, particularly when they see the kinds of topics we have going at any given time.

Youre right.Alot of this same stuff would still happen even if there was some way to enforce an age limit in here.I myself am an adult and Ive posted all kinds of fake stories that you might consider childish.

And really if you think about it how many adults are gonna come in here and ask if sniffing their own underwear or something like that is normal?How many real legit posts would we get in here?

I think there are plenty of stodgy heavily moderated sites for the people that claim to want them.and then there is this messed up place for the rest of us.

frankly id rather put up with a silly 15 year old posting racial slurs and dick questions than some holier than thou moderator intent on killing all the fun.

I've got a myspace. Whats childish about myspace. Granted, it can be a bit sad but it's also a good way of communicating with family, friends and people who have the same interests as you. The majority of myspacers are between 18 and 35. The childish one's on myspace are just the same as on here..underage spotty little fucks with fake profiles. It's the same on almost every site. If there are no monitors watching the site then it's bound to get flooded with kids and their fucked up ideas.

In addition, most of the childish stuff on here only comes from adults with an axe to grind.
