Yes, Oro, I am aware of the fact that the American constitution was based largely upon it. Thats why it amazes me that a yank would pay so much for it!
It seems to me there are plenty in America, never mind Africa, who could use that money for life saving food, water and medical care!

America is a spent power with debts that are going to CRUSH them. China will be the next super power and it will happen in my lifetime to.
America thinks it is the only one assisting poor countries. Time for a wake up call you lot. The EU as a group, and most of it's members individually are supporting the third world countries that are poor.
America isn't even helping it's own country for goodness sake. Where is the help for the flood victims of 6 months ago? OH< I FORGOT, THEY ARE BLACK (in the main) so don't deserve help!
