Why don't I have a normal sized penis??

im 15 and last year i took gym and i though my penis was normal sized, but when it came time to take showers i went in the shower room and saw that everyone had a much bigger penis then mine. why hasnt mine grown to their size yet, and what can i do to make my penis look bigger for gym next time please help!!!!:(
