Is It Normal?
What do you think?
Paranoia
Well this maybe normal..but i dont know if it is: Everynight when im home alone, i have this one feeling and its like something or someone is watching even when i go to sleep. I have had things dissapear right when i need them and i have heard "supernatural" noises through my screen door. I love the nighttime but everytime i go outside at night alone i get to scared and turn right back and let my dog outside or grab the phone just to hear someone elses voice. I just wanna know that im not alone, even when its daytime i still have that feeling. Its starting to scare me now and im just wondering if its just plain "paranoia" or something different.

No body is there, if there is tell em to fuck off they'll go lola.
It's not paranoia . . .
It sounds like you are just afraid to be alone. I get spooked from strange noises when I'm alone too.
If it is paranoia, you should probably see a psychiatrist or a theropist right away, beacause it could be the early stages of psychosis or linked to another mental disorder. But if you think that it isn't,then you most likely are afraid to be alone.I advise you to to see a "shrink" anyways, just to be safe.
Age
Im only 13...i look older though...
what do looks have to do with it...?
It could be some kind of evolutionary survival mechanism.
is there a ghost in your house?
im a 16 year old girl and i tell you this is totally normal! i went through the same thing, sometimes i still feel the same. i always felt like there was someone watching me, and i hated being alone and sometimes i would get panic attacks, i know it sucks. its okay to feel unsafe when you are home alone, lots of people are like that EVEN ADULTS! talk about it with your friends and family, just tell them about it and stuff thats what i did and i eventually got over it. it doesnt mean you have a mental illness!
I once worked in a video store. I knew for a FACT that I was being monitored because A) you could see the cameras B) I had access to the area where the monitors were (the desk at the front of the video store ) and C) there was a sign saying so. It's not that bad.

but It's not unusual to be scared of going out at night. Not where I live, anyway.
they are called demons. they thrive on your fear.
happenes to me all the time but then again.. i am a walking heart attack
You are not paranoid. That is me watching you when you sleep. I want to rape you when you drop the soap in the shower.
