In the United States it is illegal to have sex with anyone Under 18 (Unless you are in Moui, where it is 14 w/ parental consent) or West Virginia where the legal limit for Girls is 18 but for Boys it's 16 (So I guess they figure boys from 16-18 will just enjoy a bit of masculine buddy buggering? In the UK the legal limit is 16 and up - which means that the British are either a more enlightened nation than we are in the United States or are an entire nation of pedophiles. It really depends on where you live, 16 is the legal age of consent in many states but most(all?)have provisions for people who are in positions of authority like a teacher which makes the age 18....
