What's the point of having any beliefs?
What's the purpose of having any beliefs (beliefs = thinking that something unproved and/or not-provable is true) in a concrete, observable, livable and measurable world like ours..? Try explaining this to me, I never got it...
Colly wobbles get a sharp 'I ain't interested in religion but if you want sex, come in' They tend to not bother me these days! lmfao.
For example ....'Iz Stargirl a zlut'.you just got BUSTED AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
youre such a pussy with your closed profiles posting anonymous shit about us like some 10 year old sniveling coward.
You should make a more profound study of OUR reality... and you'll find its barely concrete, partially observable and not always measurable...
Belief is a concept of the human mind, that gives us much needed security about what we "think" we know. Your main point of view about a "concrete, observable, livable and measurable
world is just that, a way of thinking, a belief on itself... and based on that belief a lot of thinks are made...but what makes that belief THRUT? that you believe it? that your 5 (very limited in humans...) senses tell you that something is this or that way?, did you know that you are 80% water (basic biology...yet, you dont crumble apart), and that we are 98% empty space (basic physics, yet, we can not see-thru each other)...
did you know that most science is based on BELIEF, theories not proven, yet, not un-proven ...
so to answer again your question, belief is needed to feel that we know, even if our knowledge is yet, incomplete...
