This is normal. These are just feelings you are having because your most likely not sexually active. Your a guy and its natural for you to find women atractive. Just dont cross the line because she is a women a 45 year old one at that and I doubt she feels the same way.

My grand daddy touched me when I was in my early 20's. I was not molested because I asked him to do it only after I knew it was what I wanted. I learned alot from it and we stayed lovers on the side until he died when I was 35. The sad thing is out of all the family members I was the only one to stay with him until the end.

Dreams and fantasies are a turn on. Most males wake with a boner/hard-on/stiffy, call it what you will. It also is known as being piss proud. You get it because you are unconsciously holding back your urine as you sleep and this causes the blood to go to that area, which in turn gives you an erection.
It is not normal to take your fantasies out of your mind and into your real life. There are laws against this sort of thing, and guess what, there is a good reason for those laws.
