Hello-I am a 28 year old male,and i am corresponding with a 15 year old girl via email.We both live in different countries.
Non of the talk contains anything sexual.Also her parents do not know about this.We appear to be good friends,can anyone see a problem with this? Is it illegal?

Nothing illegal as you put it. There is however, a very thin line between legal and illegal. The minute you try to arrange a meet, or to cam with her, you are going to have bother. Why don't her parents know? Why is she afraid to keep them advised? Sounds kinda suss to me.
There are plenty of chat sites for all age groups so I am some what preturbed that you chose to chat with some one you know to be underaged. This can, and would be, construed as grooming in the UK. That in itself is an offence in our law. You would do better to end this and find someone who is at least 18 or over. That would be my advice.
