Hi,
I'm a twenty year old man whos just started to propperly get hairs on his chest when others had then years ago,
is this normal?

Normal, for a late bloomer.
Some people mature quicker than others. Males are still growing into their early 20's.

It grows on you
Actually it can keep growing into your late 20's. And the shape of your body changes too, your chest fills out. I never really heard about this before it started happening to me, but my girlfriend noticed when I grew out of my boy figure and into a man.

I started shaving when I was 15. I developed chest hairs then or just after but the development continuted for a long time. I'm 30 now.

It is normal. Ryan Gilroy is STILL relatively hairless..it's OK.
