nor will they let me wear singlets or dresses because of my boobs, neither can i go swimming.
they say its inappropriate and too many guys look at me.
this normal??

Of course has a 16 year old girl you should be aloud to slut it up the best you can. You should already be getting laid and had a few abortions by now. Life is such a wonderful thing these days. In 2 years you will also be old enough to be on this site.
