I would need to translate into English hence there is a high chance that I used a term slightly different to English term.
Now we need to see if the device is actually recognized by the computer.
Go to; Start>Control Settings> Hardware Settings> Device manager> Click on "View devices/hardware"
Now a window will appear showing all of your hardware ie. mouse, printer, DVD drive, etc. Find the device you are concerned with and select.
Another window will pop up and tell you if the device is working or not. If not, the help function can restore your device or tell you what is needed. Usually your driver files for that particular device may need to be installed or updated.
Files that "tells" the computer on how to operate the hardware.
*Update issues
Usually updates for your particular should be on "auto" though it is recommended for most users please ensure that you have a good virus program on hand. Sometimes hackers would use this little "loophole" to disguise their hacks as "updates".
