Dont you watch the herpes commericals? With the beautiful couples running down the beach holding hands talking about how the medicine can control their out breaks (trying to make it sounds like you can date or be married to someone with herpes and its ok because of the medicine they are advertising). Then either in small writing on the bottom of the screen or the guy talking says really fast "although there is no cure for herpes this medicine can help to control outbreaks, taking this medicine will not prevent your partner from getting herpes so practicing safe sex is advised."

There is no cure for herpes. But many people can manage it successfully now. check stdpal..com, there are many supportive people here can help you

no cure but there are meds to try to stop it... but they are not proven to work iin homosexual relationships.... no i dont have herpes... sorry.... it's one of my biggest fears, so im overly protective of who gets my goodies. You date someone for six months, and if they have it at some point they are crotch itching and screaming when they pee ... then they go home.
