I just got detained by police for having my hand down the pants of the guy next to me at a local spot. The police have decided that I am a badguy or something. It is ruining my life. They keep sending me notices in the mail and they come by my apt a lot. I explained that I am not gay- I was just fondling the guy for fun. They won't believe me.
I told them that I never did this before. The police are very stubborn. What can I do to get them to leave me alone since I am not gay.
I would think that the law is hassling you about the improper sexual behavior you had in a public place, not about you being gay.
You are gay, bi, or at the very least curious. The police arrested you for feeling someone up in public, probably not because you're gay. If you read the notices, and do what they say, they'll probably stop; I suspect they're legal documents rather than harrassment. The police are paid to be stubborn. You didn't do this before, but you did it this time, so deal with the consequences.
Next time, post with details.
