Yeah, I see what you are saying. As long as you don't think of one of them as "Oh that ones hot" or something like that then yeah its normal.

No it is not gay. I think its normal. Ugly dudes tend to have really poor showering habits and most of them are geeks. Even an ugly guy can make himself presentable to where people won't judge him. Its like being poor, you don't have to be filthy because your poor.
